How do I change a Pro plan from annual to monthly (or monthly to annual)

Note: Workspace settings are only available for GiANT OS account owners and individuals they have designated as admins. A general user will not have access to these settings.

At this time, there is no way for a Guide, Catalyst or account owner to change payment types. If you need to switch from monthly to annual or annual to monthly, please put in a support ticket and the tech team will do this for you. 

Everyone on a workspace must be set up on the same frequency of payment. In other words, every user within a workspace must either be set up as monthly payments or annual payments. 

If you would like to pay for some users on monthly and some annual, you would need to go to the upper left hand corner dropdown menu and "Create New Workspace". Then you can add members there and set up a different frequency of payment. (Please note: these two workspace members would not have visibility into the other workspace).
