Note: Workspace settings are only available for GiANT OS account owners and individuals they have designated as admins. A general user will not have access to these settings. To remove a license form a user:
1. Login to your giantos.com account.
2. If you want to reduce the amount of Pro licenses you have purchase, you simply go to the bottom left corner on the side panel and select "Invite Members". Find the names of the people you want to remove from the Pro workspace and the select the three dots to the right of their name and select "Remove Members". This will automatically remove that license count and prorate the charges on your next billing cycle (This is if you are paying monthly). If you are paying annually, you do not get partial refunds. However, during your next year's billing cycle, you will not be charged again for that license.
2. For other purchases like Catalyst licenses or 5 Voices Pro assessment, you can reduce the amount of licenses by going to the upper left corner, select your workspace dropdown. Then select "Workspace Settings".
3. Select "Licenses" on the left side panel. Find the correct license and select "edit".
4. Select the name of the user that you would like to remove the license from and select "Remove". And then pull down the number of licenses you would like to have with the number toggle feature.
