How do I assign a product license to a user

Note: Workspace settings are only available for GiANT OS account owners and individuals they have designated as admins. A general user will not have access to these settings.

If you are a GiANT Guide who is wanting to adjust this setting on behalf of one of your clients, you will need to access their client workspace first. Click here to learn how.


To assign a product license to a user:

1. Only the owner or admin of an account can add a license to a user.

2. If you are the owner or admin, login to your giantos.com account.

3. Select your name on the bottom left side panel. If your name is not visible, select the three dots and add your name.

4. Select "Licenses" on the left side panel.

5. Select the product and choose "Edit".

6. Search the users name or email that you want to assign the license to. If you do not see their name, then you need to add them as a member of your team's account. Do this by going to "Invite Members" on the left side panel.
